TERMS & POLICIES
Class & Private Session Policies:
Check-In
If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to meet your instructor and become acquainted with the studio & equipment.
We ask that you please show up to class on-time or let us know if you are running behind. After 10 minutes, you will not be allowed into class as it is past the warm-up, and thus unsafe for your body and distracting to the rest of the class. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Reservation Policy:
To reserve a spot in class, you must have a valid credit package or membership on file to book. To make a reservation please login to your account using the Paradise Pilates TI app or by visiting our website. If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid losing your credit and incurring a late cancellation charge.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will forfeit the class credit from your specific membership or pricing option and incur $15 late cancellation fee. Private Sessions, please cancel as soon as possible, any cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will forfeit the session credit and be charged a late cancel fee of $15. All clients who no call/no show will incur a fee of $25
Waitlist:
Automatic Enrollment: If you're first on the waitlist, you’ll automatically be added to the class when a spot becomes available. By joining a waitlist, you are indicating that you will attend the class if a spot opens. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change and you can no longer attend. If you are pulled into a class from the waitlist and cancel within the 12-hour booking window, you will be charged the standard cancellation fee & loss of credit.
The waitlist will stop pulling people 2 hours before class. If you are on multiple waitlists and get into one class, please remove yourself from any other waitlists to avoid double bookings. If you are added to the class, you will receive a notification letting you know that you have been added to the class. You must be “opted-in” for email and SMS notifications in Paradise Pilates TI App to receive waitlist notifications. Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of our cancellation policy.
Class Attire & Equipment Requirements:
Socks with grips & nonslip reformer towels are required for each class for safety and sanitary reasons. We have socks and reformer towels for sale at the studio. Please wear tight athletic/yoga attire
Membership Terms:
All Paradise Pilates memberships require a 3-month commitment with no exceptions. After your first month is over your membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership you will need to email us with 30 days’ notice.
By purchasing a membership you are authorizing Paradise Pilates TI to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account associated with your account, for monthly payments due associated with your membership and any fees stated in our late cancellation policy.
Membership & class credits/classes DO NOT rollover to the next month and can't be extended for use outside of the 30-day window.
If your payment fails to process, your booking privileges will be frozen.
Membership Pause/Freeze:
Members may put their membership on freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 6 months per calendar year. Notice of freeze must be given at least 3 working days prior to the first day of the freeze, via text to the studio phone number or email to hello@paradisepilatesti.com, providing the start and end date of freeze. Billing will automatically resume upon the end of freeze. A freeze halts the progress of your 3-month membership agreement and the commitment continues after the freeze is lifted.
Cancellation of Membership:
After the 3-month commitment period is completed, members must provide at least 30 days cancellation notice before your next billing date. Memberships cannot be canceled while on freeze. Membership cancellations can be sent via text to 910-330-1874 or email at hello@paradisepilatesti.com. Memberships will not be refunded.
Class Packs:
All classes must be prepaid before attending by purchasing a class pack or drop-in class online or via our app. Each class pack contains a strict expiry date. If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire, and no refund will be given for any unused classes.
A class pack entitles the holder of the pack attendance at classes offered by Paradise Pilates TI. Class packs are non-transferable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.
Current prices and expiry time frames for each type of class pack can be found on our website and may be amended from time to time.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. Classes and private sessions are not available for transfer or exchange and cannot be shared amongst clients. All merchandise bought is considered a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Lost & Found:
Paradise Pilates TI is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
Medical Concerns & Pregnancy:
Paradise Pilates TI may decline entry to a class because of injury, medical conditions and other safety concerns including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we would suggest booking a private session and allowing one of our instructors to give you an evaluation. If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctor’s consent.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Pets are not permitted in the studio, so please leave your furry friends at home or outside. Prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please use the PPTI app and/or our website for the most current schedule.
