Class & Private Session Policies:
 
Check-In
If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to meet your instructor and become acquainted with the studio & equipment.
 
We ask that you please show up to class on-time or let us know if you are running behind. After 8 minutes, you will not be allowed into class as it is past the warm-up, and thus unsafe for your body and distracting to the rest of the class. There are no exceptions to this rule.
 
Reservation policies:
To reserve a spot in class, you must have a valid credit package or membership on file to book. To make a reservation please login to your account using the Paradise Pilates TI app or by visiting our website. If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid losing your credit or incurring a late cancellation charge.
 
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will forfeit the class credit from your specific membership or pricing option and incur $15 late cancellation fee. Private Sessions, please cancel as soon as possible, any cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will forfeit the session credit and be charged a late cancel fee of $15. 
All clients who no call/no show will incur a fee of $25
 
Waitlist:
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens, you and everyone on the waitlist will receive an email and/or text notification informing you of the open spot. The person who adds themselves the quickest will be added to the class.
 
If you are added to the class, you will receive an additional notification letting you know that you have been added to the class. 
 
You must be “opted-in” for email and / or text notifications in Paradise Pilates App to receive waitlist notifications.
 
If you need to cancel and are added to the class from the waitlist, you will be held to the late cancellation policy. Please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend. If you do not get added to the class from the waitlist, you will be able to use your credit for a future booking.
 
Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of our cancellation policy.
 
Class Attire & Equipment Requirements:
Socks with grips & nonslip reformer towels are required for each class for safety and sanitary reasons. We have socks and reformer towels for sale at the studio.

Membership Terms:
All Paradise Pilates memberships require at least a 3-month commitment with no exceptions. After your first month is over your membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership you will need to email us with 30 days’ notice.
 
By purchasing a membership you are authorizing Paradise Pilates TI to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account associated with your account, for monthly payments due associated with your membership and any fees stated in our late cancellation policy.
 
Membership & class credits/classes DO NOT rollover to the next month and can't be extended for use outside of the 30-day window.
 
If your payment fails to process, your booking privileges will be frozen.
 
Membership Pause/Freeze:
Members may put their membership on freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 6 months per calendar year. Notice of freeze must be given at least 3 working days prior to the first day of the freeze, via text to the studio phone number or email to hello@paradisepilatesti.com, providing the start and end date of freeze. A monthly hold fee of $15 will be charged in place of your membership. Billing will automatically resume upon the end of freeze. A freeze halts the progress of your 3-month membership agreement and the commitment continues after the freeze is lifted.
 
Cancellation of Membership:
After the 3-month commitment period is completed, members must provide at least 30 days cancellation notice before your next billing date. Membership cancellations can be sent via text to 910-330-1874 or email at hello@paradisepilatesti.com. Memberships will not be refunded.
 
Class Packs:
All classes must be prepaid before attending by purchasing a class pack or drop-in class online or via our app. Each class pack contains a strict expiry date.  If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire, and no refund will be given for any unused classes.
 
Class packs are non-transferable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.   
 
Current prices and expiry time frames for each type of class pack can be found on our website and can be changed without notice. 
 
 

Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. Classes and private sessions are not available for transfer or exchange and cannot be shared amongst clients. All merchandise bought is considered a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Lost & Found:
Paradise Pilates TI is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
 
Cell Phone Policy:
Cell phones are not allowed on and around the reformers during class time, please leave in your cubby. It is not only disruptive but it is unsafe. If there is an emergency - we can make an occasional exception. Please speak with me first before bringing any cell phone into the studio area. 

Mat Rentals:
Members will be charged a $5 dollar rental fee to borrow a non-slip studio towel. Non-Memebrs will be charged a $10 dollar rental fee. 

Medical Concerns & Pregnancy:
Paradise Pilates may decline entry to a class because of injury, medical conditions and other safety concerns including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we would suggest booking a private session and allowing one of our instructors to give you an evaluation. If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctor’s consent. 
 
ADDITIONAL NOTES
 

• Pets are not permitted in the studio, so please leave your furry friends at home or outside.

• Prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please use the PP app and/or our website for the most current schedule.

• We use a third-party client management software known as “Glofox”. In order to create a Client profile, your personal information will be provided to the proprietor of Glofox. The collection and use of personal information by Glofox is governed by Glofox’s privacy policy, which can be viewed here
  
   

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY AND FUTURE RELEASE FORM FOR PARADISE PILATES TI, LLC
I affirm that I am of legal age (or have received parental consent) and understand that my participation in classes and activities offered by Paradise Pilates TI, LLC entails voluntary choice.

I recognize that these workouts involve physical exertion, including stretches, lifts, the use of props and reformer machines, and other challenging exercises, which I have the right to decline at any time.

Acknowledging the inherent risks of physical exercise, I agree to inform Paradise Pilates TI, LLC of any medical conditions or concerns before participating, and I understand that medical clearance may be requested.
For prenatal or postnatal clients, consultation with a physician and clearance for physical exercise are mandatory.
I release Paradise Pilates TI, LLC, its staff, employees, and agents from all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during my participation in their classes and activities. I waive the right to a jury trial and punitive damages related to such claims.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify Paradise Pilates TI, LLC and its representatives against any claims or damages resulting from my participation.

By acknowledging below, I confirm that I am free from certain health conditions and have disclosed any relevant medical history to Paradise Pilates TI. If applicable, I have informed them of pregnancy, recent childbirth, or surgery within the past 12 months.

Paradise Pilates TI, LLC assumes no obligation to provide medical advice or treatment. It is my responsibility to ensure my own health and safety during exercise.
I understand and accept that Paradise Pilates TI, LLC is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Additionally, I acknowledge the use of CCTV cameras and audio for security purposes in Paradise Pilates TI studios.
I consent to the potential filming or photography of classes by Paradise Pilates TI, LLC, and permit the use of my name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional and editorial purposes.
I have read and comprehended this release form and waiver of liability and agree to its terms voluntarily.
This waiver may be invoked as a defense against any legal actions brought by or on my behalf.
Any individual under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign a Waiver of Liability on their behalf before attending a class at Paradise Pilates TI, LLC.

Please be aware that the terms of this release and waiver are subject to change without prior notice.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE WAIVED SIGNIFICANT RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE DONE SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY FORM OF INDUCEMENT OR GUARANTEE BEING OFFERED TO ME. MY SIGNATURE IS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
