Our 50 minute private sessions are great whether you’re new to pilates, recovering from an injury, or and avid pilates enthusiast looking to deepen your practice with some extra attention. You’ll be working with one of our highly skilled instructors who will customize your program based on your needs and goals. 


In our tailored 50 minute private pilates session we can give you all the attention and support you need. Private sessions are great if you’d like a bit more attention to form or want to deepen your practice.
