The Lab by Paradise Pilates
Why the Lab?
Paradise Pilates gives you the best tools and guidance to kickstart your career as a Pilates instructor. We’re here to support you every step of the way, understanding that everyone’s path is unique. By the time you’re certified, you’ll feel confident and ready to teach.
Plus, our weekend courses are perfect for those who work full-time, live out of town, or have busy weekdays.
You'll learn how to cue effectively, plan thoughtful classes, flow through transitions, modify for injuries, and layer exercises so everyone in your class feels successful. You'll also discover what it takes to become a successful instructor with the skills and confidence to work with everyone. We'll guide you on where to find job opportunities, identify the best teaching positions for you, and grow your business to become a profitable instructor.
