Certified Pilates Instructors
For instructors with strong Pilates Reformer and/or teaching experience who are passionate about leading intentional, strength-focused classes. Classical comprehensive certification is strongly preferred.
Client Experience Associate
Our CEAs are the first point of contact in the studio, creating a welcoming environment while supporting sales, client follow-up, and daily operations. This role is perfect for someone organized, outgoing, and confident engaging with clients in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

We believe great Pilates is both challenging and supportive. Our instructors know how to lead a room with confidence while still seeing the individual. Classes should feel dynamic and athletic, yet biomechanically sound and accessible. We expect our team to coach clearly, offer meaningful progressions and modifications, and create an experience where clients feel strong, capable, and cared for.
We are committed to continued development. Instructors here don’t just “teach a block” — they engage in ongoing mentorship, audits, and education to refine their craft. We value preparation, professionalism, and the ability to both give and receive feedback with maturity.
