Training Philosophy + Expectations
We believe in developing well-rounded instructors who are confident in teaching the full Paradise Pilates method.
Every instructor is trained to confidently teach our core and specialty class formats, Intro classes, and private sessions through our comprehensive onboarding, training, mentorship, and audit process.
We believe consistency creates confidence—for both our members and our instructors. That's why every class follows established programming standards while allowing instructors to bring their own personality, energy, and coaching style to the room.
We don't just teach Pilates—we teach people. Every member who walks through our doors deserves to feel seen, supported, challenged, and successful.
Our goal is to provide members with a consistent, high-quality experience no matter which instructor, class, or studio they visit.
Our Teaching Environment
We are warm, supportive, welcoming, and community-focused.
We're also committed to maintaining high standards, professionalism, and excellence in every class.
Our most successful instructors:
Are exceptional movement teachers who genuinely care about helping people succeed
Teach with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Create classes that are both challenging and accessible for clients of all experience levels
Use verbal and hands-on cueing thoughtfully and intentionally
Build genuine relationships with members
Notice the details, make thoughtful corrections, and meet clients where they are
Lead with confidence while creating an environment where every client feels welcome, supported, and challenged
Take ownership of the member experience from the moment clients walk through the door until they leave feeling stronger than when they arrived
Why Paradise Pilates?
At Paradise Pilates, we believe great instructors deserve more than a place to teach—they deserve a team that is invested in their success.
We're building something bigger than a schedule—we're building careers, leaders, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture, we help our instructors grow both professionally and personally.
We hire for culture as much as credentials. While experience is important, we're ultimately looking for instructors who are humble, coachable, team-oriented, and excited to grow alongside us.
If you're passionate about teaching and want to be part of a team that values excellence, connection, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.
Availability & Commitment
We're looking for instructors who want to become an active part of the Paradise Pilates community—not simply teach a class and head home.
Our instructors are expected to:
Teach a consistent weekly schedule
Be available to teach mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Be open to teaching across all Paradise Pilates locations as studio needs evolve
Participate in required trainings, team meetings, class audits, and continuing education
Participate in studio events, workshops, and team initiatives
Represent Paradise Pilates with professionalism, positivity, and integrity both inside and outside the studio
